Looks Like Gold Amiibos are a Thing

There are two ways to look at this news:
1) Whoa cool, what a neat and unique amiibo!  I sure would love to have one.
2) NOOOOOO I'm never going to be able to get my hands on it.  I might as well just curl up in a ball and die now.
